President/Owner: Marcus J. Meyer, O.D.
The Consumer’s Research Council has nominated Dr. Meyer as one of “America’s Top Optometrists”. Since 1978 he has developed one the largest privately held Optometry Practices in Colorado with 14 offices. 

Dr. Meyer originally established practice at 1813 N. Circle Drive in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has personally arranged and supervised the establishment of each office location including 5 laboratories from its original inception to completion. ABBA Eye Care presently maintains 7 offices in Colorado Springs, 2 in Pueblo, and 1 each in La Junta, Alamosa, Gunnison, and Pagosa Springs, and Denver, Colorado respectively. 

Dr. Meyer has used a philosophy of providing the finest in vision care not only with a Business Commitment, but with a Personal Commitment as well.  He has developed superior capabilities in all areas of the optometric field.

A graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry in 1978, Dr. Meyer maintains membership in the Colorado Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association.

Professional certifications include the American Optometric Association – Contact Lens Section and the American Optometric Association – Sports Vision Section.

Staff Optometrist: Ronald A. Plotkin, O.D.
Dr. Plotkin has been associated with ABBA Eye Care for approximately fifteen (15) years. He is recognized as one of the finest optometrists in Colorado. He has been practicing optometry in Colorado for approximately 33 years and is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Colorado Optometric Association. Dr. Plotkin has an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and is a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry.
